Dr Jonti Bloomberg, educational psychologist (HPCSA PS 0158607), respects your privacy. Personal information is processed in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) and the HPCSA's ethical rules on confidentiality.

What I collect

When you contact me through this website, or by phone, WhatsApp, text or email, I collect only the details you choose to share, such as your name, contact details and message.

Why I collect it

To respond to your enquiry and to arrange appointments. I do not sell your details or share them for marketing.

Please keep first messages brief

Please don't send detailed personal or clinical information through the contact form, WhatsApp or email. We can discuss this privately.

How it is stored

Enquiries sent through the contact form are stored by Squarespace, the platform that hosts this website, and delivered to me by email. Clinical records are kept confidentially, as the HPCSA requires.

Your rights

You may ask to see, correct or delete the personal information I hold about you, or object to its use, by contacting me. You may also lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator of South Africa (inforegulator.org.za).
